Three Cheese Ravioli

“Not your typical "Ricotta." This gourmet blend of american, parmesan, and romano cheese is Russo's signature pasta. If you love cheese - this is the one for you! These can also be deep fried with bread crumbs and served as an appetizer or dropped in heated oil, un-breaded, for a quick snack.”

Butternut Squash Ravioli

“This one is loaded with flavor! We oven roast the squash with olive oil, pure maple syrup, butter, parmesan, ricotta cheese, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Make it savory with brown butter sage sauce, or sweet by deep frying them and topping with powdered sugar. Customers also love them plain or served with melted butter.”
