Our Story, Now

After his passing in 2014, the decision to continue the tradition was born. Our goal was to start slowly and "reboot" the business. We found a shared commercial kitchen space to rent and Russo's Ravioli was reborn. We started by selling to one retail store, old customers, family and friends. Today, we are sold in over a dozen retail stores, at five weekly farmers' markets, two distributors, catering, cooking classes and a home delivery services.

Everything at Russo's Ravioli is done by hand. We make our dough, fillings, sauces and lasagnas all from scratch. We carefully source the best ingredients locally and follow the traditions passed down to us.

We're proud to be a family business serving the same product for 70 years. We want to solidify that Russo's Ravioli has a permanent place in Cincinnati's present and future culture. We want to create jobs in the city that my family has called home for almost a century. From milestone celebrations to a simple Tuesday night dinner, let Russo's Ravioli be a part of it.
